We had this very same problem when we went on a 10 day vacation & returned.
Sorry to hear about your flooding. Must have been terrible after ten days. What brand dishwasher?
Bosch purchased in Dec 2005. Has Bosch settled your claim?
We declined the ridiculous settlement offer from Bosch.
Our kitchen, basement with finished basement was also flooded by a Bosch. Sears came out to fix it. Sears told me to contact Bosch regarding incident. I called them and was told there was nothing they could do because I no longer had the part - SEARS took it at the repair. I just recently called Bosch regarding fire recall - They have NO RECORD OF THE REPORT that I called previously about the flooding. Interesting
